And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

Ah! but how do you it when the bees are buzzing in your bonnet? Ah! but how?
Dont go to bed holding and hugging your hurts, your anger and bitterness.

Got to train a puppy not to piss on the carpet.
So it is something we can train and learn to do.
True it takes practice, buts its worth it in the end.

Exchanging our bitterness and anger for peace and forgiveness.

Quite a bit of practice and the training should be up to par.

A good training manual is the scriptures pure and sure.

Scriptures? Hah! We gots some good shills playing the part of Christianity throwing and slinging mud and dirt at others. We gots no time for scriptures, we are arm chair critics doing the work of the Lord and in Jesus name!!!

We bee to busy fooling the claimants of Christianity to feed the sheep with the purity of scriptures. We use them fools to manipulate them in politics and our hidden agendas.
We bee smart bees that sting with lies and deceptions to think and do "whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
