Higher paid teachers should work harder and get our better students competitive with students from Asia and Europe. The lower paid ones should learn to b e more valuable by practicing on the less promising ones.

The public education system is for prison mates in training; especially in the inner city. My kids went to parochial school same as I. Also agree with the home schoolers too. Wow...Our kids may gets suspended for dropping the F bomb and the other gets a counseling because he/she don't know no better due to race...not right

Tucson (and any other cities doing this) will be their "pilots" and they'll take "lessons learned" there to tell everyone else how they're supposed to implement this worthless shit.

That's how they do it. My town is part of one of their "pilots" to integrate white neighborhoods by forcing us to build low income housing and market it preferentially to blacks and hispanics. So far we're resisting because we have home rule on our side, but now our governor (Democrat) is trying to undermine that I think.

That's the point of what he was saying, I think. The old ones high up on the union pay scale will be sent to the ghetto, and he's willing to take younger teachers who are lower on the pay scale.

I was being facetious. Here in NJ the teachers and PTA moms are always harping on the concept that if we want the best education for our children then we have to pay the highest salaries.

Also, NJ state statistics indicate that the most money per student is spent on the worst schools where they even have to fake the kids grades to get them out of high school.

Sorry it may be an inside joke, in my day the teachers were low paid and excellent. It was my way of making a round about point.
