They want to tie the hands of the administrators so they cannot make human decisions because sometimes mistakes happen and are forgiven and we can’t have that now can we.
This is the same BS that gets a kid thrown out of a school for pointing a finger at someone like it is a gun and gets expelled from kindergarten.
This is about as smart as mandatory jail sentences in the name of equal rights.
