What does higher pay have to do with who is the best teacher. This kind of mentalitly is what has us in this mess.

I was being facetious. Here in NJ the teachers and PTA moms are always harping on the concept that if we want the best education for our children then we have to pay the highest salaries.

Also, NJ state statistics indicate that the most money per student is spent on the worst schools where they even have to fake the kids grades to get them out of high school.

They want to tie the hands of the administrators so they cannot make human decisions because sometimes mistakes happen and are forgiven and we can’t have that now can we.

Most negroes come from sub-saharan african stock. They have an average IQ of 67 and may be thought of as ground running monkeys. Some are exceptional, but the vast majority are barely educable, and many are untrainable. It's sad that they're here, but we have to deal with them.

They tend to be violent and have little self-control. It's just their nature. It would be good to find a proper home for them. They don't belong in schools for Whites and Asians - the two races that lead academically.
