WTF! Minneapolis cops give citizens free street drugs to observe the effects

I'm not sure if this story has been posted on GLP yet. I did a quick search and didn't see anything. If its been posted already then disregard one and post on the original one instead.

I haven't had time to watch the entire video yet. Is anyone familar with this?
I lived in the st.paul area for about 5 months and Minneapolis for about a month. The funny thing about this is that Minnesota Probobly has more rehabs in the state than in any other state in the country. It's also known as the "land of ten thousand rehabs"

Does anyone know yet if anyone has been given heroin or coke by these officers ? As far as I can tell these are state troopers , I think, I'm really not sure yet. This is crazy , shouldn't this get pinned or something ?

I did hear one guy mention that when he was talkin to the place they conduct these "tests" at he was offered marijuana and asked what was
his drug of choice l actually I think they asked him that & then gave him
the pot , he answerd pot but the officer told him he was looking for someone to study under the influence of something more like coke or meth and the guy said he told the officer to "go fuck himself! "

They are also trying to get information about Occupy Wallstreet memeber in Minneapolis.

Maybe that's what this is all aout out anyway ???

What is equally as bad as the cops using people as guinea pigs, is the guinea pigs who willing go along and be the subjects of experimentation.
They all deserve each other, they feed each other well.
