I do not have the ability to shop and look at ingredients in products in The Netherlands, but isn't there less sugar, dextrose, corn syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup and all the other variations in the food products there?

I would totally move back to Minneapolis/St. Paul if I could find a job there. The amount of biking facilities in the Twin cities metro are second to none in the U.S.

You practically don't have to ride your bike on the streets because they have separated trails everywhere including grade separated bridges so that you don't have to deal with cars most of the time. The only city that even comes close is Portland.

The Netherlands is the most bike friendly country in the world.

For every drivers lane there's a seperate lane for bikes.

Cars > black lane
Bikes > red lane
