Okay folks, I'm gonna throw something out there, I'm an 'mericuhn I lived in Europe for a year... Belgium... I was studying and hence I didn't really exercise much but was quite sedentary. I also ate mayonnaise and french fries at alma everyday. I really didn't pay attention to my health or weight at all and I lost 50 pounds like nothing. My pants didn't fit by the time I left. I wanted to keep the weight off when I got home and I actually paid attention to what I ate and I ate more fruits and healthy foods and made sure to get more exercise everyday... I gained the 50 pounds back in about 3 months.

I swear you can taste the difference in European food, their mayo, bread, fruit, everything lacks the punch of american foods but it is wholesome and overall better tasting and better for you. This GMO shit is not natural. It took like a month to adjust to the taste of European foods, coming back to america I don't like any of our food it just isn't natural. There's something vulgar about the punch of American food, something very healthy about how natural European food is. I'm not kidding here either, I'm sitting here eating an apple because I feel frickin' fat, I wouldn't have had to do that in Europe.

Yes there really is no comparison, I prefer Europe, the public transportation, infrastructure, and layout is much better and more conducive to health than the US.
America is so spread out that no one rides bikes or walks everywhere, which contributes, but I believe there is something terribly unhealthy about our GMOs that is definitely a contributor.

But being from South Florida originally I can tell you that riding a bike there is just not possible to dam hot to use a bike as a mode of transportation for work or grocery shopping you would be soaking wet at all times
