My daughter-in-law is Dutch and she has failed the English certification at the university here three times. She did THINK she could speak English, however.
Quoting: Bluebird I didn't say every Dutch kid can talk university level English, just fluent, streetwise and standard business conversations. Hopefully you appreciate the fact she speaks at least 3 other foreign languages ;) Lol, no she doesn't. But she is cute as a bug! And we love her anyway.
