This thread is about getting a bike and start working that body.

If you do that regularly (of which I gave the Dutch example) you get different stat results after some time.

I don't wanna hear sorry ass wimpy excuses, just get the word out that regular exercise and the right diet solves a lot of problems.

And you can call me whatever you like, at least I'm not traitor, just proud when I see all these parents, old people, working people get a bike, no matter what weather and do their thing while staying lean, compared to other countries.
