Chip Tatum
Chip Tatum, infamous whistleblower on the bush-era OSG operations, Iran-Contra smuggling, assassinations, etc...

Lots of material on the internet- his videos, his articles, articles by others (including magazines), transcripts of his court cases, etc.

Rumored to have been killed, he is very much alive. He was arrested in June of 2012 (in Florida) and is serving an 11 month sentence for violating the conditions of his release.

The man tells a fascinating story.

If he's bogus, he spent a lot of time fabricating some wildly intriguing tales. And he was brought up on charges of TREASON by the Feds. And then the charges were suddenly dropped when he started revealing documents & stories.

It's been well over a decade since he stepped into the limelight. Yet most of his stories align with many similar stories that have been released after he started talking.

Anybody care to comment?

Re: Chip Tatum
He claimed to have pictures, documents, recordings, etc of Bush, Oliver North, Colby and many others. This was his "insurance policy" should they ever try to kill him.

The materials he released were just enough to validate his saber-rattling. Just enough for them to pay him off. He probably had to leave the country.

But i'm intrigued to see him alive and in jail no less.

What's your source?

Links please? If you're going to talk about something, at least go to the trouble to throw in a few links. I've heard of him, of course.

Re: Chip Tatum
Recent news about potential black ops support in Mexican drug trafficking is REMARKABLY reminiscent of what Tatum said took place during Iran-Contra (see attached)

Assuming the construct worked in the late 80's and early 90's, what's to say it has changed or been disbanded.

One could go as far as comparing "Fast & Furious" to "Iran-Contra".... both are a Limited Hangout to draw attention away from the primary op (drug smuggling).

If Tatum wasn't authentic, his ability to weave a tale of intrigue is impressive and appears to have transcended more than a decade. I wonder what Gary Webb would say...

Re: Chip Tatum
Chip is/was the real deal. That article in Nexus back in 1997 was as good as it gets when it came to intel about Tatum (see [link to whale.to]

He had way too much detail on specific operations that proved to be true later on.

Re: Chip Tatum
Agreed. The fact that he is still alive is quite interesting and would lead one to believe that his "insurance policy" is real (otherwise he'd have been done away with a long time ago).

Yet they locked him up, which seems a bit odd for a guy with such valuable insurance.
