I bought a easy GC. too and done Measurements
all around Tokyo since 05/06/2011.
I collected ca. 80 such Readings in my Youtube Channel.
I saw and see decreasing Levels of C-137
and more and more Data i get are under 0.100 Microsievert/h!
This is on the Ground but when i do a Measurement
at 1m. or higher i get nearly normal Levels like
Pre-F'Shima Data!
