Hi Jeffery. My life has been disrupted for the past few years. The past year has been one in which there has been a lot of loss. I try to keep up meditation and tai chi, but I find it difficult to do what I need to because of the instability in my life. There have been blockages at almost very turn and right now, I am away from home because of this. I would like to return, but it feels cloudy and hostile. Will the way be clear to return soon? Any insight you may have into the source of the difficulties and remedies would be appreciated also. I am only trying to live simply and work for goodness.

Well, I have been a struggling widow for close to 5 years now. Sustaining our home has been complicated and difficult.

There are changes in the midst. Some come from logic, some just sensed.

What is my path? What do you see, if anything?

Having no one to talk to about this, I have been on my own trying to figure this all out.

As I write this, my mind and heart are working to relay these between the lines aspects to you. I am forever positive, no matter what unfolds.

I just wish I KNEW what lies down the road, so I can stop grasping at straws...which tend stagnate progress.

You already have that answer inside my friend. We create our own stories and live them out. Unfortunately much of the time we're not even aware we're doing that.
My message to you: go inside and ask yourself: "Who's really asking this question. Identify yourself. Who's behind the voice in my head telling me I can't fall in love again?

It will take a lot of guts and the desire to want to come in touch with the authentic you to do so. You asked a painful question. I will tell you now, you're in for a surprise when you find that person behind that voice in your head is not really the genuine you who posted this question.

When you're ready to take charge, re-write your story. Tell yourself how, when and where you are going to find love.

I have no doubt love is right in front of you. You are unable to see it because you have some unfinished business left to resolve.

So resolve it now. Stay genuine. Stay present and in the moment. Out that voice which is really someone from the past, who's not even around anymore -- and make a new story.

Your life lesson here is not that you can or can't fall in love again. It's that you, and many of those reading this post are living out a life story that just isn't working any more.

Re-write it my friend and watch the magic happen.

My daughter has a son with her boyfriend. My husband does not like this situation at all. Right now, they need a place to stay (incident was not their fault--lightening struck their house and they need a place to stay until they can get stuff together. Am I right to support them?

What does it say of me that I have no idea what the word "lonely" means. I have never felt anything close to what I assume the word means.

I have absolutely no doubt that you came into this lifetime to learn some sacred lessons. Lessons that will benefit the rest of us. We all have them. We just can't recall them. Why? Because if we did, we wouldn't learn anything while here, in this lifetime.

There are many, many meditation courses out there. I encourage you to pursue a course which addresses opening the chakras. These are your energy centers. They build on each other. When you learn to open them, balance them and work with them -- your life will open dramatically.

More importantly, you will learn how to go with the flow and embrace those obstacles as challenges that are there to help you learn something. Those obstacles aren't going to go away until you recognize the lesson they represent.

For you, it's in finding your "stability" through journeying within. When you do so you will find you've been called in this lifetime to help others with similar circumstances to empower themselves through meditation to balance their energy and thus find inner peace.

As for "living simply and working for goodness," I am feeling that you are overly generous and selfless. It is time for you to pull back and be kind, loving, respectful of yourself.

When you re-explore meditation and the chakras, you will find that you can really develop your self-esteem by clearing and opening the third chakra, which is your energy center for self, self-respect. Self-confidence.

Please know, what is cloudy and hostile is the energy inside of you. Address your feelings. Journal. Meditate. And most importantly, decide to re-create your life story now. Our unconscious mind can't discern fact from fiction, truth from a lie. So the lies we tell ourselves, or in your case, which others have been telling YOU for years and years are being accepted by you as reality.

You are allowing these old voices from the past to keep you back there, in the past. You will find your inner peace, safety and happiness when you reclaim the present. Live in your body, now, here, in present time -- take back control. Re-write the ending to your present predicament.

Thank you! Your words are true. I know about the lessons, but have forgotten the agreement. I knew I agreed to this and it gets difficult and tiring at times. It is my very ability to be calmer than most during times of turmoil that is a point of misunderstanding which sometimes has led people to deliberately try to disturb what calm I am. Some have admitted to this.
Your words are very encouraging and I', glad that others will benefit from them also.

Spirits that "stress" are lower entities. Consider they are like ordinary people who stress over things in life.
Don't pay attention to riff raff entities out there. There's plenty of them.
With the map, and directions though: I feel that is your Higher Self telling you to get on the stick and get things moving.
