More like concerned/terrified citizens. BTW, why do police these days call citizens, "civilians?" That's a military term. I predict that when enough "civilians" take to the streets to demand accountability for the recent murders, the cops will start calling the People "INSURGENTS!" The FBI didn't have to step in, they were invited in to do a independent investigation. They were asked to come in by the PD. Saying the citizens are terrified is a bit of an over exaggeration. So, they were murders...without an ounce of investigation on your own you have convicted the cops of murder. I do hope if that you have to stop somebody from attacking you and you defend yourself, and the attacker dies that you are convicted of murder. Actually I don't because no matter whom it happens to whether they be a LEO or a civilian it shouldn't happen. Cops have been calling civilians for at least 30 years, it is not a military term. About the only thing you got right was saying they aren't anarchists, but only because they don't have the drive or the intelligence to be anarchists. Do some investigation before you shoot off your mouth and just emote, sure it feels good, but it accomplishes nothing. I know the voices aren't real, but man do they come up with some great ideas!
