Silver and garlic? You've got to be kidding me.
The reason why whooping cough is spreading is because people don't vaccinate but rely on nonsense like garlic and silver. To top it off there are millions of illegal aliens spreading whooping cough by coming here by cutting in line and not going through the process of getting vaccinated.
People that believe vaccinations are bad are the ones mostly causing the problem of spreading desease.
