People are saying all reality TV is fake but there are differently levels of involvement from the producers as to what is fake. I was a former video editor so I know hoe create awkward moments, dramatic pauses, or tension when it was never really there to begin with. WHen you're aware of this you can spot it when it happens.

As for "Storage Wars", of course it is completely fake. I mean, to the point of it being written well beforehand. A and E has a long history of scripting and faking shows and trying to pass them off as reality. THe producers of "Paranormal State" admitted to scripting the shows and faking "evidence" before the investigations ever started. Gene SImmon's "Family Jeweles" was shown to be completely scripted as well, to the point where each and every scenario was written. Of course, all reality is fake but to me this is worse than the shows such as survivor which manipulate and edit the hell out of events.
