Michelle Obama Saying That Barack Obama (Barry Soetoro) Was Born In Kenya

Speak for yourself, dude. I saw it back then. I sent it to local TV, Fox News and my congressman, as a lot of us did. It didn't help even a tiny bit, just like the Arpaio investigation won't help.

We've all known for years now this game is fixed. It doesn't matter how many of us wake up at this point or how many letters get sent to congressmen. Unless we're gonna march on the White House, Barry is here to stay.

Yes, it was pretty viral about 2 years ago but people were still delirious over Obama and said it didn't matter where he was born in spite of what the Constitution says about that.

You're kidding, right? I have never heard of anybody doing such a thing unless they were in fact born in their home country.

If you noticed the source, he was making a joke. They cut out the laughter that followed.

I too search these vids all the time never saw it or neither did a lot of people. make's me wonder.

My boyfriend was born in Lebanon, but his family had to leave to Quebec when war broke out.

His younger brother was born in Quebec.

His younger brother will still call Lebanon is 'home country' as it is where his family came from.

It (and I've spoken with my boyfriend about this) usually takes at least 2-3 generations before 'home country' becomes less useful of a phrase and personal value, and 3-5 generations until assimilation into local culture takes place on the larger scale.

I'm a 4th generation Polish/Ukrainian/who-knows-what-else and as such, calling any of those countries my 'home country' doesn't make any more sense.

But to my grandmother, who was born in Canada, it does.

And to my mother, who was born in Canada, it would have made sense at least as a child.



Michelle Obama calling Kenya the 'home country' of Barack, is still the same as saying 'his family came from here, so he feels a kinship with other people either in or from Kenya'. Logically (though I don't know his brain), the same feeling extends to Hawaii/USA, and other words from the Obamas reflect that as well.

And I'm NO defender of Barack Obama.
