Does it make any difference anymore? I'm older, the America i grew up in is gone forever. It was a good place with good people. The jobs were better. A father could support his family with one income. The young were respectful and had initiative and drive. Now even in small towns neighbors do not know their neighbors. Everyone is angry and in a hurry. i'm angry and in a hurry. Hurrying to what? I have to go to yoputube to watch the Patty duke show or the lawrence welk show,Ed sullivan and fill my home with old things just to try to hang onto a past that was great and gone. This makes me even more pathetic and apathetic. All I see is self indulgent animals anymore. I asked all my grandchildren if they could name one cabinet member or their senator. None could but they all get good grades the the everyone gets a trophy schools. We've lost our way for a long time. We're screwed and waiting for someone to fix it and they may not come.
