If someone can let me know how to host pics on an outside site and link them here, I have pics of some crazy mutations found in my own garden (southern coast of BC Canada).

Hermaphrodite pumpkin blossoms and bifurcated stems (two different varieties, different companies, both certified organic and non-GMO). Strawberries are fucked right up too, never seen anything like them.

Re: FUKUSHIMA: Genetic mutations from radiation exposure are up to 100 times higher
For a year now we have been tracking mutations in plants and animals.

Verification that others are noticing now as well.
[link to enenews.com]

Many of the types of mutations we are seeing are textbook from what was found around Chernobyl and TMI...interestingly, those were mostly seen around the reactors, not on different continents.

But Fukushima is an entirely different animal.

If you arent paying attention to the plants yet in your area, at first glance things may seem ok...
but they are not.

These are the things to look for:

Conjoined flowers or "twinning" (i have photgraphed up to 8 heads on black eyed susans, a type of daisy, dandelions we have one with 26 heads)
Bifurcation (things with one stem now have 2 or more)
Stem defects...flat and wide instead of skinny
Witches Broom: multiple bifurcations
Flowers growing other flowers out of them or extra petals/etc growing out the top and center.
Plants that appear to have a different plant growing out of them

The EPA has some Chernobyl mutations on their website under "Environmental impacts". Apparently they aren't aware yet that it is happening here, and has been for awhile.

This first started showing up last summer in weeds, mushrooms, fast-growing trees...things that take up alot of water. But now we are getting images of trees, pine trees, seed pods, produce, many types of flowers...and now PRODUCE as well. Dogs and cats showing cleve defects and missing eyes, etc...

It is occurring in the US, Canada, and Europe, but primarily in the Pacific Northwest, California, British Columbia, and Midwest. I have 100's of images that have been sent to me and ultimately get posted on Tumbler for Leuren Moret and Chris Busby, or any researcher who wants/needs them.

Images here, Tumblr: [link to fukushimafacts.tumblr.com]

Facebook: [link to www.facebook.com]

If you notice anything like this please shoot them at the highest resolution possible and email them to christinax4@yahoo.com or FukushimaFacts.com

Include your name for proper credit if the images are used in scientific articles, location, date and if it is PRODUCE include store bought, location grown (if known)

Thank you. The implications for this are quite enormous, obviously.

Updated fallout numbers from soil samples around the US are going to be published soon, here is what we have so far from USGS (which is very old info, from April of 2012...it was already worse than Chernobyl):

Measurements taken at the USGS’ Bennington National Atmospheric Deposition Program sampling station showed minute traces of radiological materials that were produced as a result of the disaster at the Fukushima nuclear power complex in Japan.

According to the United States Geological Service in Denver, cesium-134 and cesium-137 were found in rainwater collected at the sampling station, but at levels far below those discovered at sampling stations on the West Coast and in the Rocky Mountains.

“Deposition actually decreased as the air mass traveled east to west,” said Greg Wetherbee, a chemist with USGS. [...]

“In the United States, cesium-134 and cesium-137 wet dispersion values were higher than for Chernobyl fallout in part due to the U.S. being further downwind,” said Wetherbee. “With Chernobyl, there was more opportunity for plume dispersion.”[...]

Publishing data is proving to be difficult, as a peer-review process has to be undertaken, and many of the peer-reviewers sit on boards related to the nuke industry.

They do not want people to know how bad things are, period.

This is a conundrum.. I'll explain.

The persons with the most credibility in nuclear technology make their livings in the industry, for the most part. They can't say anything that could be construed as negative to the industry.

The only credible persons speaking out are no longer employed by the industry.. and are mostly villified by the industry.

For example, Gundersen. He was fired and sued by his former employer because he reported safety issues concerning his own employer.. whistle-blowing.
After years of litigation, he settled.. then started his consulting business.

I have documented mutated plants in 38 locations around the Grand Rapids area since 4/26/12:

I have compiled my videos of these finds along with other people's mutation videos in this YouTube playlist: [link to www.youtube.com]
Videos #4-31 are my videos.

Earlier this summer, I began to notice mutations in maple leaves and common buckthorn leaves around my yard. Last week, I filmed two videos of some of the most visually obvious mutations among them:

From Page 884: "An increased mutation rate in phytocenoses became apparent in 1987 as various morphological abnormalities. Morphoses were registered at reaching an external dose rate of γ-radiation of 4.2–6.3 mGy/day on May 10, 1986 (Suvorova et al., 1993). More frequently occurring abnormalities were morphoses such as fasciation and branching of stems, doubling, changes in racemes, color and size of leaves and flowers. Enhancement of vegetative mass of heather (Calluna vulgaris L.) and gigantism of some plant species were observed at external dose rates more than 24 mGy/day and 36 mGy/day, respectively (Smirnov and Suvorova, 1996). In ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata L.), both the rate of morphoses increased and seed productivity decreased along with the contamination density increase (Popova et al., 1992). Its seed reproduction in uncontaminated soil had revealed higher occurrence of morphoses, mainly in the raceme structure."
