OP--with all due respect---you could edit the title of your thread to something like "why are India`s power grids really failing??" Get some brainstorming and research going on..I do like the Get prepared people part of your title tho..we are so vulnerable in this day and age with all our dependence on electronics..One Carrington type event and we would have amess on our hands...There should be a lot of lessons learned from this...people`s reactions, emergency services, water and sewer failures, and human deaths will all start to surface in the next few days..people should pay attention---That old saying "this could never happen to me" is total BS...it could and will happen eventually
