I personally don't think it's haarp. I don't think it's Cern and the LHC. I personally think it's just good ole mother nature in one of here "cycles".

I do agree with the comments though that this is going to lead to more serious problems than what the MSM is sharing with the general population.

People get up, expect water when they go to shower for work, expect the electricity to be there, expect food at the local grocery store. All of this is at risk/threatened by this drought.

Most people don't stop to think about the long range repercussions of this if someone doesn't literally grab the sides of their head and turn them to see the writing on the wall. Actually pretty sad we are so dumbed down and distracted from something that is, in all honesty, a viable threat and a serious concern.
