The man is chosen based on some kind of IQ test, and maybe also a physical tournament, like a decathlon. And women are brought to him, maybe ... when he desires them.” Ron Swanson |

No deductibles for family, mine is 300. Total out of pocket max is 1500 After my deductible is met, I pay 15% Pretty good plan, imo, much better than my previous government contracting job for sure.... Wife gets it for free and I get paid $9000 for waiving it. That's a 55% payout for employer's costs should I have opted to take it. I'm sure this benefit will disappear under O-LadenCare. It was/is a nice perk while it lasts and was the difference maker in leaving my last job. |
Sungaze_At_Dawn User ID: 1458670 Canada 08/01/2012 10:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | And last time I checked for a single working person in BC it was just a little more than 50 dollars a month. Ours costs less per person to the federal government that the US model even before Obama, for decades, even though they use middle men, and literally like to take tax money and dump into their wealthy friends pocket by setting up usary systems. However they can turn no one away. If a person doesnt have medical, isn't working or on a disability say, like many 20 year olds, you just go to the walk in clinic or hospital, and they have to treat you. The perscriptions aren't free for those without medical but all the rest is. Last Edited by Sungaze_At_Dawn on 08/01/2012 10:20 AM The Devil tries to convince everyone he doesn't exist. Quoting: patdeez84 It's not free, it is considered part of your earnings. Most likely it is a taxable benefit. I'm an American (Canada is part of the Americas) and my health care is free. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20295471 You probably meant to say USA citizens though. Also not "free", we pay for it with our tax dollars. But I do love it, it works. |
