there is a huge fault line between America and Africa it is long over due and capable of 9+ M earthquakes.

the direction of the Tsunami depends on the direction of the thrust. it is more likely for England and parts of Europe to be flooded than America.

However you cannot be certain and fault lines don't always move the way we expected them to.

I THINK IT WILL GO WEST AND CREATE THE NEW MADRID FAULT LINE.

what do you mean create? the new Madrid fault line was 'created' millions or years ago.
what it will do is possibly, and I mean possibly put pressure on the New Madrid fault causing it to go off. in saying that it could also relieve the pressure on the New Madrid preventing a quake for another 100+ years.

I also think it's more likely headed into England.

But maybe a smaller wave in the direction of America too...
