what do you think of my james holmes conspiracy theory?
It is fairly simple.

James was framed. He did not shoot anyone. He is innocent.

Someone purchased weapons on James's ID. They mailed a package to his psychiatrist.

Someone kidnapped James, drugged him, dyed his hair to make him look bizarre in court.

Someone rigged his apartment with omg scary bombs. This was done to isolate evidence and keep local LE out, to corraborate James as a suspect, to divert police to the building (that failed) and to support the suspicion that the masked shooter was rigged with explosives.

Someone shot the theater audience.

Someone changed the masked shooter for a sleep deprived and probably hallucinating James. The switch happened where theshooter was unmasked. I have heard NO details about where that happened but I imagine they took him to an explosive proof place and getting him out of his gear was kind of scary. Not a lot of witnesses. Maybe just one. He's the only one who had to be among the police.

Remember that police were diverted to transport of wounded because ambulances didn't respond. Guess that was Plan B when the techno music failed to get the bombs discovered.

The motive for the frame is to tamper with his father, an expert witness against bank fraud. If daddy says the right thing, James can be incompetent to stand trial and possibly never tried. If daddy says the wrong thing James gets his fine brain fried on forced meds in jail.

What started me thinking like this is...The Joker has green hair. A Batman obsessed lunatic with the patience to teach himself how to reload and fire four unfamiliar weapons in gloves and mask, and rig "sophisticated" explosives it takes days to break down isn't going to dye his hair the wrong color.

So why did the frameup guy? It had to be permanent dye so James would look freakish on tv. And permanent green dye is fairly uncommon. Traceable. Frame up guy had to buy local so it would like James bought it. And it got to complicated.

Or maybe frame up guy isn't a Batman fan.

Questions? Comments? Evidence to blow my theory out of the water?

I've read many hypotheses and the one you posit is sound. It is difficult for me to comment critically, because I damn near vomit every time I attempt to watch anything on TV, so I haven't seen first hand how the "media" is depicting/covering this event. I called fasle flag the minute I heard about it from my g/f and nothing has deterred me from that first impression. My position has been further cemented by all the threads I have read herein like yours OP. Kudos.

I think you are exactly right. Or he was so brainwashed by whoever that he thought he was starring in a movie and went in to do what he did. That could explain why he asked in jail (if it is true) how did the movie end. I mean just look at the story from the "witnesses". They are so scripted and either so over dramatized you can tell it is fake or they are almost seeming excited about the whole thing happening.

Perfectly plausible OP.

The backboard (the kind used by EMTs to strap someone down in case of back or neck injury) found under James Holmes' car is suspicious too.

if it was there prior to the cop who found him totally drugged out in the back seat - then who put it there? Was James Drugged and transported with it?

If it was put there after the cop found him totally drugged out in the back seat - then how did someone that drugged out commit the crimes he's accussed of??

Had the officers arriving at his apartment followed protocol they would have entered upon hearing the music from within (which was timed to start playing just before their arrival!) and died in the explosion, but aparently the MSM reports that James warned them the apartment was booby-trapped.

Why would someone who went to this deggree of planning and booby-trap sophistication not let it go off as intended?
More likely he was held there, drugged, while contractors rigged the place.

Plenty of high weirdness in this case!

Re: what do you think of my james holmes conspiracy theory?
You have pieces of the truth and I will give you another piece.

Most important is that the man seen in the court is not James Holmes. He is about 5'8" whereas the real James Holmes is 6'3". The two men do not even look alike.

The hair color is moot except for the Joker connection which was scripted that way because of the movie itself.

The bankers have set their mercenaries upon the real James Holmes and he has been kidnapped and held somewhere in secret. His family is aware of his dilemma and of course must keep tight lipped or else. If his father testifies the truth before the Senate, his son will be sacrificed.

Meanwhile, in the court is an actor who is probably being taken care of by the banksters in a secret area of his jail, if in jail at all. He will play this out to the end but just like the Oklahoma City bombing where the accused was supposedly put to death yet witnesses say he was still breathing under the sheet placed over him. Timothy McVeigh was another CIA covert agent.

Our biggest problem today is the CIA.

At the same time, if they are going to create this elaborate frame job, you would think they would have also known the Joker's hair is green. Everyone knows the Joker's hair is green.

Before I thought anything of the case being fishy, the first couple witness accounts I heard, somehow seemed weird to me. They gave me a weird feeling and I couldn't quite figure out why. Then as I listened to more over the coming days, I got the impression that the people's emotions seemed kinda off. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm a pretty empathetic person and usually read people well.

Granted, I don't know exactly how I would react if I had been in the theater, but these people seem like they just rambled on and didn't show the emotion of sadness that I know I would. Just odd to me but maybe they're all in shock? I don't know.

had my interest up until the green hair dye comment and that it was a hard to get color, it isn't and funky color hair dye is sold at your local drug store besides every sally beauty supply. you mention "permanent" green dye being used, if this is the case, I'm not understanding because even a demi-permanent (lasts even less longer than semi-permanent color) lasts for minimum 3 weeks. also mentioned is it being "traceable" ? huh. Yea, you can't get green hair dye at like walgreens but you can easily get it at certain salons or beauty supply stores. My husband had the tips of his hair dyed green years back and he was easily able to get it.

The original still gave me nightmares. I was too young for it. Love Eartha Kitt forever though.

THE HAIR COLOR IS IMPORTANT. A genius madman who spends months collecting gear and guns and rigging his home with "sophisticated" explosives because he's obsessed bya movie trilogy and thinks he's The Joker isn't going to get the hair color wrong.

He'd buy permanant green hair dye online. He'd drive across town to a store that sold permanent green hair dye. He wouldn't care who remembered him. He wouldn't care if the purchase appeared on his credit card.

But if someone framed him, he'd have to frame himor the hair dye too. It had to look like he bought it. Green dye would be too much trouble.
Holmes would notice an online order and notify his bank. Or receive the dye and return to sender. But local retail would be worse. Stores selling to green haired people are generally smaller, more personal, younger, friendlier and more attentive. They also have better surveillance. Not ONLY would it be odd no one remembered the tall handsome man who bought permanent green dye, someone might well remember the odd older man who looked like a cop or mafia.

See? A Joker obsessed killer would want green hair. He could have green hair. If he were allergic or something he could pick up TEMPORARY green anywhere. And he would. All this effort was to BE THE JOKER.

Only a framer would be unable to get the hair color right. It would be too much work to buy green dye traceable to Holmes. Had to be traceable to Holmes because prosecution and defense would both trace it. The time of purchase has evidentiary value.

Why dye the hair at all? Holmes had to look bizarre and really crazy and whacked and ridiculous before camera.

Re: what do you think of my james holmes conspiracy theory?
A slightly different possibility.
Holmes was a Ph.D student of neuroscience which could include mind control. What better place to look for a boogeyman.

The real Holmes is kidnapped by the gov and killed. The MK Ultra controlled imposter goes to see the Batman movie..the triggers are unleashed (The name Aurora flashes in the James Bond Preview) and in the Gangster Chronicles preview...gangsters are shown shooting up a movie theater. His accomplice has the weapons ready and the imposter Holmes begins shooting up the theater.

The real Holmes was probably killed days prior so his apartment could be staged with explosives.

After the shootings the imposter retires calmly to Holmes car and awaits police. He tells them his apartment is rigged to explode. (Not too logical if mass murder is your intent)
The imposter is taken prisoner and appears in court drugged up. He is also kept in isolation with a facemask.

Its obvious they don't want him talking as his voice is different from the real Holmes.

The lone gunman strikes again.

The imposter is taken prisoner and appears in court drugged up. He is also kept in isolation with a facemask.

Its obvious they don't want him talking as his voice is different from the real Holmes.

The lone gunman strikes again.

edited to add...comparing the two photos of James Holmes that have made their way around the Web it becomes immediately clear it is not the same person. I can spot at least 8 visual discrepancies between the two. So the imposter theory has validity and seems more plausible than what the MSM is trying to push.
