Way too much coincidence a cyclist being ran over by an Olympic bus, few meters outside the Olympic arena, just after the British cyclist Bradley Wiggins has won a gold medal. Bradley Wiggins has called for an overhaul of road safety laws after a cyclist was killed by an Olympics coach close to the Velodrome.
Just hours after Wiggins won a gold medal in the time trials yesterday, a 28-year-old man died in a fatal collision with an official London 2012 media bus.
The 65-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and was last night in custody at an east London police station before being released on bail. The 65 yo bus driver (6 + 5 = 11) was immediately released on bail after being arrested.
