Well, dunno about RFID itself, but I wouldn't be disinclined to having an embedded hard-drive type storage for my personal stuff.. Like a PDA/smartphone that you can never lose or get stolen, you know?

Yeah i'd love to have an implantable tracking device so the government or God knows who can see where i am and what i'm doing every second of the day. that sounds great!!! And hey, if i act up, or go against the norm, they can just turn my chip off! Literally throwing me out of society. That sounds great!!!!

The day this Verichip/RFID rolls out is the day I make immediate arrangements to set sail for the Caribbean.

I'm sure that that little chip has way more power than that... in fact I wouldn't be shocked at all if an implanted electronic device can change your mood, send info to your brain, put you in "distracted enough not to notice" mode, etc... I think THAT'S the real danger. I mean awakened people would be able to handle it with time, but the rest who thinks the whole study of spirituality is bs is never gonna wake up as long as that chip is in their bodies.

What's wrong? A chip in the hand, a barcode on your forehead? It's fine. Everything is fine. We can also proudly wear our religions on required armbands. Christians a cross, jewish a star of david, others maybe an ape picture.

The chip was invent by HP (Hewlett Packard) about 4-5 years ago. It was on all the major tech news websites. Don't you people keep up with technology here? It is the size of a grain of rice and can hold about 2GB of info. Holding medical history, X-Rays and allergic info and placed under the skin was the first suggested use.

According to the article, this is just a pill that you swallow, and when it hits the stomach, it transmits the time. Then later it gets pooped out.

So it's not "implantable", it's not "implanted", it doesn't "track you", it doesn't "store information". It's not "the mark of the beast". It doesn't make sense to be terrified of some device that will help doctors do their jobs, and can't be used for any of the fear-mongering ascribed to it.

Yea but.. you likely already do this.. the only difference is someone else can't just pick your pocket and walk off with your stuff. What I'm talking about wouldn't have cellular technology. How would it be less secure than trusting everyone else with your data? It should be "in my head", not on someone else's cloud.. you know?
