Considering it was a diagnosable mental sickness for many many decades prior I'd say 1973 if pretty recent.

What's more important however is the premeditation of TPTB to remove it from the books so far in advance of the push. It is a clear indication of when Luciferians/zionists gained a stronghold in media and politics.

The 1970's was also the time they actively started pushing the anti-white male agenda and the glorification of blacks and women including the obvious and dissproportionate representation of mixed relationships.

The whole point of discussing this is to expose the agenda and wake folks up. Gays make up 2% of society. Blacks make up 11% of the population. Mixed marriages about 4%. Yet they are represented on national media at a rate of at least 80%!!

THAT my friends is the definition of an agenda. A real life conspiracy to engineer society. So changing the medical books in 1973 was certainly a precursor to the agenda they knew they'd be pushing now.
