[ link to news.yahoo.com] The criminals at the IRS are getting ripped off? The Mafia is loosing on it's extortion racket? Don't sign the 1040 you are threatened with punishment or jailing? Isn't that coercion? Any Contract that is signed under threats of duress and punishment are null and void according to courts all over this country why isn't IRS threats the same?
