The American Hypocrisy of Claiming Moral High Ground...
I see such racism and blind nationalistic hate on this forum that I cannot understand how a nation with such a high percentage of people who declare that they are better than other races or nationalities can preach to the world it's moral righteousness.

Even our government has no reason to claim moral high ground on anything. They have so distorted the truth that the citizens are no longer capable of self-governance....which was the whole intent of the Republic when it was founded.

The wars, the unnecessary killing, the inability to accept the rights of others, the blind ambition to WIN at any cost...even your soul.

The tyranny has crept its way downward and managed to degrade all that America was supposed to stand for....FREEDOM. It is degrading at the individual level now as people seem unable to love their neighbors regardless of their color or nationality. This diversity could have been our strength and now it is our weakness.

I hear people say that multiculturalism has failed. This is a lie. What has failed is our willingness to embrace other cultures, to see the good within them and to show them the good within ours.

I am still proud to be part of the American culture. I accept the other cultures that have come here and understand that by our nations creed we are obliged to integrate them into our own.

We seem to have lost the idea of the "melting pot" and would now prefer to remain in separate pots of analogous metals totally resistant to combine with each other.

United we stand, Divided we fall...

Experience hath shown, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.

My friend, I am sorry, but most American's don't care. They have forgotten their obligations to the nation, each other, future generations, other nations, and to themselves.

It is akin to the walking dead.

The AC is correct that most here will not like this post or care....and it totally validates the post.

This is your problem. Freedom of speech is allowing others to have an opinion and being able to express yours.

It's only acceptable if it causes no harm to others. So degrading, belittling and demeaning other races and nationalities is not a damaging and harmful act?

I believe it is....
