Fluctuation of melanin levels based on environment is known as tanning and cannot account for heritable traits.

Dark skinned blacks are actually tanned. Place them in a more temperate climate for an extended period of time and they will lighten somewhat, but not to any great extent or in any way which will lead to transferable complexion.

Light skinned black people are mixed.

This is not so.

White people share more genes with blacks than with asians. We are prone to the same medical conditions, heart disease, difficult menopause, stroke, etc.

This planet was not always in the position vis-a-vis the sun that it is today. It was not always subjected to the level of solar rays that it is today. You're basing your BELIEFS on the assumption that the planet has always been in the general condition that it is, today. The reason why the 'natives' are able to adapt, increase/decrease melanin levels more easily is because they're just that - native (at least in the relative sense) - and have been here for several million years - even after having their genetics interfered with. They can shift, change, and adapt with the planet more seemlessly because they're more in tune with it's natural cycles.

Whites of the Aryan line are NOT native to this planet - come from a planet which is now the asteroid belt that was a 'dark' planet with very low levels of sunlight exposure. They weren't even native to that planet, either - though they spent close to 150,000 years there; trying to conquer it and the natives there, too. They ended up destroying the entire planet.
