Half the reason why three letters are there is to provide inefficient jobs which results in increases in Government spending. (i.e. More Rothschild owned fiat being borrowed.) The three letters are the misdirections from the REAL Agencies. The ones with TRUE classified surveillance tech. The REAL agencies still leave a lot to be desired, in my opinion.
