Do you guys get the feeling that most people know the end of the old world is coming; they are just being in denial?

Do you guys get the feeling that most people on GLP know the end of the old world is NOT coming at least this year; they are just being in denial?

Not the end of the world...the change of the world and our change too.

None of my family knew about the embassy assignation, the worldwide embassy riots, the japanese/chinese island hit, droughts/food inflation, sinkholes...etc. They know about the GM genocide of our environment and how everyone in power is paid off to just let it happen. Though I think even in this they think I'm exaggerating/insane.

But do I think the end is coming? No. Things will get worse, the world will crumble more and more. No big catastrophe, just the world crumbling more and more while those in power pretend nothing's happening to the masses.

You can't discuss this stuff with the normals, ummm...normally. The moment any of this is discussed you're just a paranoid insane doom-bringer. Especially with all the crap posted at this site, pushing the actual true topics out.

Lifestyle as you knew it is coming to an end, no one would dispute that.

The world itself ... well... with or without you will go on forever in some form or another.

Humans are small squishy things at the end of the day.

This is somehow like this "everything happening at once thing". I also see it like that.

Those classes in the middle will disappear and a greater division between the wealthy and the poor will emerge. This creates idolization and the sin of envy.

Once great nations will turn to ruin with walls around the elite to keep out the peasants.

Technology is partially to blame, as more manufacturing becomes less dependent on the "human" machine and all things virtual become more appealing.

Communications through the www... and beyond create the atmosphere of instant doom while simultaneously diverting our attentions to the material and immoral life styles to aspire.

Some follow the doom, some follow the shiny coin.

Then there are those who see through both, and are tired, exasperated and do not know what to do... so they hope for the change of ages.... to correct the paths and mend the human consciousness.
