See thats what I am talking about, who knows aliens would be epic that would mean life would continue else where even if bent on wiping us out, comet hitting us well shiff happens we got here some how, crazy awesome alinement golden age achieved yeah buddy. No matter what I bet my 2 cents that it will be out side of what we consider the norm. Think of it this way suppose aliens do visit us inter galactic travel to us would be what the Aztecs thought about the Spaniards coming by boat. Now we use boat travel to ship Nike shoes to and fro.

The 'end' has always been imminent. If there's ever going to be an end it will be either a gradual, almost un noticeable decline or a violemt cataclysmic, but completely natural end. No jesus, no aliens, no galactic fucking federation of wishful thinking. As with all species on this little pebble, we will become extinct one way or another. And good riddance to the biggest fuckup in earth's history.
We will have been a brief but intense blip on the radar... :-)
