Pull up your goddam pants and maybe I'll give a second chance at that $12 an hour to start job.The one where you could learn from my 20+ years of experience and get to bill out at $120 an hour if you had any kind of work ethic. I've been paying $17 with a company vehicle & have had to fire 3 & have had 3 more quit within the last 4 months... all except one (who was 33 and acted like he was 15) under 30. I've had to personally repossess company trucks/equipment twice as the wouldn't-get-out-of-bed-for-work buttwipes also wouldn't answer their phones (thank God for GPS'd vehicles). There's no work ethic any more man.
