the quote is about the 3 days of darkness. The sun will not give its light because a craft from heaven will eclipse it. the moon will not be able to reflect the light of the sun. The stars falling from heaven are craft who will make an appearance during it.

Many, no doubt, another one is the moon's gravity. How many meteors has it intercepted that may have hit earth?

I clicked here because I posted this same passage last week but in ref to the Batman shooting and Aurora on the bldg in the James Bond movie preview. Ie after the dark night comes the skyfall. Then this week we saw the rise of the (dark) knight in the Knight trading mess. So maybe the skyfall event is near. Pure wild speculation on my part of course. I think the book of Matthew is always interesting.
