My theory:

We have the new Batman movie out, "Dark Knight Rises". And who is the villian? Bain. In the movie, Batman wins, Bain loses.

Now we have the Wall Street b.s. happening. Run with me on this. Who is linked to Bain Capital? Good ol' Mitt Romney. Now, we have a photo out of Obama with a baseball bat in his hand, thus he is "Bat-man".

So, as "Knight Capital" fails, essentially "Batman" fails. Then the villain, Romney a/k/a "Bain" rises.

Like I said, a theory. Or just bored over-analyzing. But makes sense in weird way. *shrugs*
