The word Knight, possibly also speaking of night.

an attacker/aggressor(the recent murders and violence associated with the movie), and the financial blackout/destruction by the "rogue computer program"

What are you allowing us to be told Lord, and may we be aware of the 3rd witness, so we recognize it and pray about it so Your perfect will manifests in the positive(rather than negative and the enemy getting his/its way) amen

My theory:

We have the new Batman movie out, "Dark Knight Rises". And who is the villian? Bain. In the movie, Batman wins, Bain loses.

Now we have the Wall Street b.s. happening. Run with me on this. Who is linked to Bain Capital? Good ol' Mitt Romney. Now, we have a photo out of Obama with a baseball bat in his hand, thus he is "Bat-man".

So, as "Knight Capital" fails, essentially "Batman" fails. Then the villain, Romney a/k/a "Bain" rises.

Like I said, a theory. Or just bored over-analyzing. But makes sense in weird way. *shrugs*
