Oh they work alright.
Its just that they cannot detonate while moving..and in order to detonate they need to be in a VERY precise symbiosis between the earth the sun and the moon..ya cant just press a button and expect a bang..all three bodies must be lined up in synchronicity with the device..which mean there are only two times in any given day a bomb can be detonated..and it MUST be STILL for it to work.
Nuclear missles CANT work..bombs on towers CAN..but ONLY at certain times of day.
shhhh...dont let it out of the bag...or the PTBs little fear cart will topple.
