Don't think ghost "trap"...Its already trapped. Think about disconnecting from the ghost, and not allowing its energy to come through. Think protection, empowerment, and confidence.

Do something you believe in 100%. It really doesn't matter what it is - sage, salt, Roseanne marathon and vodka, whatever - as long as YOU believe it works, that's where the power lies.

Honestly, there's a million different ways to do something like this. Depends on you, what you are comfortable with, and what you believe in. Just DON'T use a ouija board, mirrors, candles, altars, chants and spells... seriously. It'll only dig you deeper.

Contact a skilled healer if all else fails. They don't have to be local. You can only protect yourself, but a healer may be able to move the spirit on entirely, even long distance.

Not true OP...priests today admit there are many things they don't know and can't explain. Even when the disciples were in the boat and Jesus walked on water to them...they at first thought he was "a ghost"...so there is a long history of sightings.

If you don't want to call a priest...but you are a believer...dedicate your property to God and say out loud your property and surrounding areas are covered with the blood of Jesus and that no bad thing is allowed in. A side note....know that willful sin gives legal rights to some demons.

huge sheets of plastic coated in strong flypaper glue ? if it catches them then youd just have to figure out how to destroy them.(man size pieces of plastic).fire ?chuck em on a bonfire/cover with wood etc before lighting bonfire or chuck in a furnace ? and im serious about this

I am an American who has lived in Mexico for the past 20 years. I bought a home that was constructed in 1597 and restored it to its original state. Since that time, I have had visitors running out of the house and calling for taxis to take them to their homes 100 miles away. Others ask me, "Who else is in the house?" and when I tell them we are alone, they ask who that woman was that walked into a distant room? Once I came out of the bedroom and saw the image of a woman in a mirror in another room. It didn't occur to me that it was something strange. I thought someone had come to visit and the housekeeper forgot to tell me. When I entered the room, it was empty.
I never believed in paranormal things and made fun of those who did. I'm not frightened living here, but it is intersting and I'd like to know how to find some resolution.
