But does anyone think "global warming," or its never wrong "climate change," and CO2 factor and its phony carbon taxes? Trillions are at stake with their scam, so it is not surprising if HAARP is at cause for all of this drought. After all what are a few crushing reductions in USA harvests compared with massive profits for their fake CO2 derivatives scheme passed into law forever? Yes all the money goes overseas to foreign banks, it increases energy prices, it does nothing to alleviate their false carbon goals, and further destroys the already struggling economy.
