The drought is intentional. "Control ("Destroy") the food supply, control the people", right?  :bellwinner:  On an aside: The REAL question that should be asked is: "Since weather modification HAARP is so effective, how come it ISN'T BEING USED to ALLEVIATE the drought?" Once again... the answer comes back to ->
