I stress the sprouts because they do make up for any deficiencies in the regular raw food diet, which surely is deficient.

for true, human assimilable calcium, sesame seeds are the #1 source, so sesame sprouts or tahini.

it is a myth that you get sufficient calcium from dairy products. they contain too much protein, which requires calcium to be absorbed. also the calcium in dairy is not human assimilable.
