Don't eat meat and filler foods like bread. Bread and rice are poverty foods, with no nutrition. Eat fruits, veggies, and assortment of nuts. All raw. Avoid high starch veggies like potatoes or keep them at a bare minimum. Absolutely NO oil at all, it all bad, even olive oil. Try to keep your diet as close to a monkey in the jungle as you can.

wrong...coconut oil is highly beneficial. i use it for my quick sautee's.

also the omega oils are very very important, especially to the function f the liver and brain, but they too must be taken in proper ratio to one another to be of any benefit...omega 3-6-9.
