4 days isn't very long, but you probably went into it too quickly.

Do about 50% raw for a while, and go from there if you wish.

Esp. if your body isn't producing enough bile and or other enzymes to break down the food (it takes a LOT to break down raw food, even if you supplant with natural enzymes), then you will get sick, because all of the undigested food will start getting eaten in your large intestine producing gas and possibly temporal leaky gut.

As such, start easily with only half raw first and don't go all gung ho on legumes and other veggies full of polysaccharides.

Go slow and listen to your body. Give it time to adjust. With adverse reactions, cut back a little and try again.
