It's a shock to your system. I quit eating wheat (gluten) products over the summer, picked up more exercise, and increased my raw fruits & vegetable input. That worked for me as it eliminated the junk and I lost a lot of weight and was able to increase my health. I cooked and ate meats, however, and ate dairy & eggs. I still had some issue - mostly w/constipation. I probably wasn't eating enough fats. I solved it by adding chia seeds to that drinkable yogurt. I was also kind of achy for awhile (back) but I solved that by going to the chiropractor.

I'm not sure about raw foods as an entire diet - sounds kind of screwy to me.
