One possibility could be the pesticides and other chemicals on/in the fruits/veggies you're getting from the store. But I realize that is a presumptuous notion. But, if it is the case... What about consuming organically grown food?

Other than that I can't comment on it too much. I did do that a week or 2 ago, I did lose some weight, but never really had any sickness or fatigue symptoms (that I recall).


eta: You could try a salt-water flush. But only do it in the morning then wait 2 or 3 hours before the 'flush' kicks in. And there's also the lemonade diet, but it really only works if you make a dedication to it. :-/

The only food Ive realy feel good , nutitionally speeking, Salmon, and Barly, Organic Oatmeal,does a body good. not crap sold in super markets. i get mine a place on the web: Morethanlife.com lot of good stuff there.
