[link to blog.alexanderhiggins.com] Hamilton nailed this one on the head! There was supposed to have been a massive anarchist style upheaval in America by now...at least that was the original speculation. Now...look at what is happening. Crime is still happening...but deterrence goes a LONG WAY!
