Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9287895 ...mmm...why do I bother...have you noticed we have sat photos from space of storm systems?...notice cell phones?...international calls?..GPS units in our cars?...pressurized jets that fly at heights that would not allow man to breath and freeze to death?...so we have rockets that can launch objects into space and return, we know how to make a vehicle air tight and heat and cool it...and we can add and subtract and use algebra and geomentry to figure out a path to other moons/planets....so why couldn't we send a man to the moon?...it is a engineering problem,not a break of the laws of nature/physics...at this moment thousand of people are flying 7-8 miles aboue the Earth..so we sent a handful of people 238,900 miles and landed and returned...I am impressed with the folks who did this, but it's well within reason...and there is no benefit to faking it...zero...you may notice all the technology that flowed from the Apollo misions...these were REAL...they made real things to get them to a soundstage?... |
