They're all traitors and Usurpers. If there was a leader, it would be in the following of John the Baptist, and he is no King nor ever aspired to be. There might not have ever been a proper leader since inception, or the order has fallen from the way. I am only a representative, of a faith and they are not my brethern, and I am not a 'Baptist' as far as religions go. They we're told to shut it down and turn it off, by someone far beyond me, because it is done. Anyone after that time, 2001 or later, is either decieved or in rebellion.
Lucifer would place himself diety of everything and anything, so it's no surprise that a bunch of unscruplous deviants would place him as their King and turn it all to Lucifers evil plan, just like everything else they pervert in his name.
