Acceptance and forgiveness are two completely separate things. A part of forgiveness is accepting what has happened and then CHOOSING to build a bridge instead of a wall, or to not burn a bridge.
Besides that, forgiveness is such a rare quality and so frowned upon. Yet it is THE MOST POWERFUL gesture next to love that we humans can make.
