Are they chemtrailing in your area? Weather modification-flood and drought

According to Noble and his shlll friends, Colombia would be the perfect place for contrails. We don't see them here and there are a lot of us looking. We don't see contrails or chemtrails. We get the same jet engines here, ....and yet nothing.

Haven't seen any in central illinois since the heatwave started.

I always notice them when rain is in the forecast, otherwise the sky has only "normal" clouds not the huge sheeths from the expanding trails.

They are spraying to the west of us in SW Washington this evening, getting those high wispy clouds, supposed to be cooler tomorrow.

Have been regular in the Mid-Atlantic.

There are long lasting effects from spraying. They don't have to be present to cause extreme weather because there is an over all long term residual effect.

This article come from the point of view of prospective spraying, but of course we know it has been going on for years.

I live here in central nevada and the chemtrails have stopped and it is hot, hot, hot.....

I do see evidence of ground based cloud seeding....look it up.

We have had tons of 'dry lightening'....fires everywhere...especially on the reservations....hm, something's not right in denmark!

You don't see them for MANY reasons. Low humidity and higher temperatures at altitude.

It could also be a matter of few air routes over the region.

They've stopped here in NE Ohio. I joke with people now about the planes with small contrails... "look, there must be something wrong with that plane...it doesn't have a long trail of smoke behind it... call the FAA, somethings wrong"...

Here in El Paso, Texas there are chemtrails everyday. During the sunrise there is always multiple X chemtrails in front of the sun. I have taken many pics, ill have to post them. The sky is always hazy because of this.

I live in Melbourne, Australia. Although I could suggest that the recent increase in rain - and the breaking of a ten-year drought - is due to a shift from El Nino to La Nina, I have noticed chemtrails in my local area precede (come before) large rainstorms. The length of time between rainfall and chemtrail ranges anywhere from a week to a fortnight.

... previously, for the last ten-years, I was unaware of the existence of chemtrails, upon never sighting one. During those ten-years, Melbourne (and the state, Victoria) suffered some of its worst drought periods in recorded history.

A few years ago, I was made aware of chemtrails upon sighting them regularly across Melbourne. I cannot say the same for cities in the northern states, who have been flooded out repeatedly, but I can suggest a correlation between chemtrails and rainstorms in my local area, to date.

Chemtrails are a very visual thing. They are forecasting severe storms for our area tonight. Although it is dark out right now, the droning sound of the engines has commenced. If the planes are 30+ or 40,000+ high, how come it's so easy to hear them as they fly back and forth in the dark?
